JD Edwards EnterpriseOne - Program Manager

Job Description:

Must have successful program management experience of at least 2 or more complex and wide-ranging program experience which includes application management, application development and projects. This could be achieved as one or more work-streams of similar size and scope within a larger portfolio of engagement where they have full responsibility for their deliverable(s) and are part of the senior leadership team.

  • Owning all aspects of the contract(s) and reporting progress and status.
  • Managing the delivery of the service within the context of the SBU/BU financial and operational drivers.
  • Understanding, challenging and working effectively within commercial parameters.
  • Delivering the planned business outcomes for the BU and the client(s).
  • Securing additional business.
  • Overall minimum experience of 12 years.
  • Large program Management experience of 5+ years.

Client relationship management experience:

  • Experience of client relationship management.
  • High level of client orientation with “client first mind set”
  • Proven ability to build rapport, build consensus, set and manage clear expectations with team members and client stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with clients and internal teams to listen, understand requirements, prioritize issues and proactively communicate in a dynamic, fast-paced and potential hostile environment.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive solutions for the clients.
  • Must be able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and client requests effectively within contractual obligations.
  • Experience managing projects, issues, and milestones within the context of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC).
  • Proactive and predictive mind set.

Technical Background:

  • Hands on experience in will be an added advantage JDE or any other on-prem ERP experiences.
  • Experience in IT related field.
  • Experience working with technical project teams, liaising with other teams or departments to deliver technical initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technical infrastructures and networking preferred.

Professional Skillset:

  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and taking initiatives.
  • Experience making decisions quickly in difficult situations.
  • Ability to take responsibility/ ownership for decisions, seeking advice where appropriate.
  • Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organizational skills to provide solid service management.
  • Ability to work on own initiatives with minimal management supervision.
  • Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, expectation management with all project team members, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all situations (including high stress).
  • Demonstrate and drive rigor within the team to reflect proactive to the client.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
  • Ability to present to audiences of different participants (e.g., executives, clients, technical peers, non-technical professionals).

“Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$150,000] to [$160,000]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.”
