This role will work with customer internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a process for gathering the requirements for the OT SCADA software and customer service applications interface. This person will be responsible for the following tasks and Deliverables:

  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys with the relevant stakeholders and users to elicit their needs, expectations, and pain points and providing a summary report
  • Documenting the current state and future state of the interface, including the data flows, business rules, use cases, and user stories and providing a current and future state document.
  • Identifying the gaps, issues, and risks associated with the interface and proposing solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Validating the requirements with the stakeholders and users and obtaining their feedback and approval.
  • Creating a requirements traceability matrix to ensure the alignment of the requirements with the project objectives and scope.
  • Preparing a requirements specification document that defines the functional and non-functional requirements for the interface.

Must meet the following requirements which must be provided in their resume or as an attachment to their resume:

  • Experience in process development and business analysis.
  • Prior experience with pipeline control centres and operational technology within the last 3 years.
  • Past experience in creating approach and methodology for requirements and sample requirements specification document, including a timeline and estimated hours.
  • Prior experience in the area of applications like CygNet, OASyS, Oracle, or similar OT SCADA software and customer service applications within the last 3 years.
