The ideal candidate will be an expert in data analysis, with skills in Python and/or SQL, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights to improve our risk mitigation strategies.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud analysis, business intelligence, or data analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Python and/ or SQL, with proven experience in using these tools for analysis and data modeling.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends within complex data sets.
Experience in creating analytical dashboards and reports, ideally with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret data within the context of business objectives.
Familiarity with fraud metrics and model evaluation, such as false positive rates, accuracy, and recall.

Design and monitor key fraud-related metrics such as accuracy, recall, false positive, and false negative rates, using these data to optimize processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop fraud prevention strategies based on statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Create reports and dashboards to present insights clearly and concisely, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Research and explore new analytical methodologies and advanced tools to improve fraud detection capabilities.
Perform ad hoc analyzes to answer specific questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
