What You’ll Do
- Defines the product vision, features, program-level backlog and product roadmap.
- Collaborates with other stakeholders to evangelize the product. A ‘CEO’ of the product.
- Create, and prioritize requirements for projects and initiatives to align with business strategy
- Plan, coordinate and gather all requirements to ensure project teams have what they need to execute and deliver with high quality.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to ensure the program vision is understood and the team is equipped to succeed.
- Partner with other Product Managers across all channels to maintain strategic alignment with regard to creative, functional and project delivery goals.
- Use data, research, and test results to drive decisions and set priorities for the project’s roadmap.
- Understanding of the competitive landscape, learning about its users, and devising new solutions for improvement.
- Report on KPIs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 5+ years- experience in field or related.
- Strategic thinking, ability to prioritize and implement ideas that can best affect the company or brand.
- Project management to ensure marketing, design, engineers, and any other stakeholders are aligned on the product's vision and can carry out that vision in a timely, organized manner.
- Expert communication skills and ability collaborate with company stakeholders, executives, and product teams, absorb product market feedback, and convey the appropriate information and vision to the right people at the right time.
