Our team in Florida is looking for a Tallahassee based Project Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring coordination of shared resources, common activities, and other dependencies across all projects
- Understanding of business and user priorities as well as technical feasibility, in order to prioritize the product backlog
- Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary teams providing transformational solutions to clients
- Ensure that project deliverables can be integrated to become the overall result (product, service) and are fit to deliver the expected benefits
- Maintain the client relationship and keep the client and stakeholders engaged in the project (ie: status reporting, issues management, and risk management)
- Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Prioritize portfolio opportunities and follow up with customer-facing teams
- Provide SME expertise in the areas of product strategy and product management
What You’ll Bring
- 10 years of project or product management experience, previous consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Deep knowledge in all phases of the technology project lifecycle including the identification of the business problem, business case, and project plan development through project management, financial management and closeout
- An ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
