Global Business Development Lead, Healthcare and Life Sciences Ecosystem

This position will be a leader on the business development team for healthcare and life sciences ecosystems globally. We are looking for a business development leader to scale our business through our ecosystem partners, primarily focusing on Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), with the goal of accelerating the adoption and proliferation of AI across the healthcare and life sciences industries.

This leader will work closely with the global head of ecosystem business development for healthcare and life sciences, the cross functional leadership of NVIDIA and the global healthcare sales team to develop and implement strategies that will drive revenue and pipeline growth through the development of healthcare and life sciences specific solutions based on NVIDIA hardware, software, and the NVIDIA partner ecosystem. The role requires the ability to think strategically about the ecosystem, lead within a highly matrixed organization, drive detailed execution, and deliver sales results. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, be well networked within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, deep knowledge of how Cloud Service Providers operate, and have shown the ability to build trust based relationships at all levels within an organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Crafting, building and driving the growth strategy with CSP partners in the healthcare and life sciences segment globally. Collaborate with top leadership across the company to align and implement to the strategy

  • Collaborating closely with NVIDIA product teams to develop and package healthcare and life sciences specific solutions.

  • Developing successful partnerships with CSPs healthcare and life sciences teams by defining and implementing GTM strategies, working with product teams on successful integrations, defining success metrics, and driving execution through completion.

  • Leading and supporting execution at strategic accounts in collaboration with the CSP, and NVIDIA regional sales teams.

  • Developing repeatable sales plays that will be used to enable both the NVIDIA and partners sales team to scale.

  • Educating and engaging our channel partner sales teams on our joint value proposition and joint go-to-market initiatives.

  • Maintaining a clear and effective line of communication amongst relevant team members to ensure alignment and efficient execution of plans.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years overall experience with 12+ overall years of strategy, marketing or business development experience in developing new businesses in healthcare and life sciences.

  • Effective executive level communication and presentation skills

  • Consistent track record of go-to-market execution and overachievement.

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Experience leading the execution of win-win partnerships with large, sophisticated organizations.

  • Experience with leading and closing sophisticated deal negotiations and alliances.

  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms both on-prem and cloud offerings

  • Able to travel as needed ~25%+.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem, specifically the key applications and workflows that leverage Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.

  • Positive relationships with executives at CSPs.

  • Track record of launching and growing new lines of business in new industries, particularly in enterprise businesses in complex regulated ecosystems

  • Foundational knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, GPU accelerated computing and NVIDIA software products

  • Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
