We are looking for Data Scientist Senior/Tech Lead:

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Python.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL.
• 2+ years of experience in web services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with various statistical and machine learning models throughout the entire process: training, monitoring, and tuning.
• 1+ year of experience leading teams for ML/Data projects development.
• 1+ year of experience participating in defining goals, deliverables, expectations, etc. with clients and stakeholders.
• English level B2.
• Experience with Gen-AI: LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering.
• Desirable: Experience with Git.
• Desirable: Experience in deploying ML models into production (CI/CD, MLFlow, Git workflows, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Desirable: Experience with Big Data systems (Spark, Hadoop).
