Microsoft’s Cloud Marketing Web team is seeking an experienced, customer-obsessed, digitally focused Senior Web Marketing Manager to lead growth and drive impact of Microsoft’s web presence.

Microsoft’s Cloud Marketing Web team is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Web Marketing Manager to shape and grow the web presence for one of our growing Cloud Marketing websites. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact a business that empowers customers with AI-powered business applications, transforming how they work and innovate.

In this role, you'll combine your deep web marketing experience, customer-focused insights, and collaboration skills to create a web strategy that delivers meaningful, engaging experiences for our diverse audiences. You’ll work alongside talented teams in Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative to tell the story of our business application products and solutions and bring it to life. The ideal candidate not only has a passion for solving customer challenges but is also adept at translating business objectives and product benefits into content that delivers a compelling digital experience. Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a seamless customer journey that guides users from initial interest to engagement to sales and lead generation.
  • Develop strategic web experiences that captivate and educate our audience, guiding them through every step of their journey.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by using insights to shape compelling digital experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, design, and development—to build and refine engaging web content that delivers measurable impact.
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Present key insights and updates to stakeholders, ensuring that the business, customer, and operational goals are met through ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with integrated web marketing experience, including strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple projects.
  • 3+ years experience managing complex projects, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly at all levels.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
