Business Manager aligned to the Regional Sales Activation and Transformation (SAT) Leader/s for the Americas. You will play a critical leadership role in enabling the newly formed SAT organization. You will have sound business judgement, problem-solving expertise, and want to drive organization wide impact. The role reports to the global Chief of Staff and plays a key role in aligning and enabling the regional team with the global approach and goals.

The Sales Activation and Transformation (SAT) organisation is the core ISD Sales team who partner closely with the MCAPS field sales teams in landing and delivering transformational customer deals. Responsibilities
- Operates at a global level, with regional alignment owning the implementation and running of core SAT programs and initiatives.
- Creates clarity on ambiguous projects and develops plan for execution, continuous improvement and to remove blockers across the SAT organisation.
- Execute high priority projects against the business strategy to drive efficiency, business impact and ensure alignment to the broader Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions organization.
- Partner with the Regional SAT Leader/s on building and implementing the SAT Regional Sales operating model, translating global strategy actionable across the Regional SAT organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Regional SAT Leader/s, advising on strategic direction, proactively identifying opportunities or blockers and providing recommendations on organisation strategy evolution.
- Owns the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives within the Regional SAT team. Seamlessly transition between detailed elements to strategic thinking to ensure programs are landed successfully in the organisation.
- Build and operationalise the Regional SAT rhythm of business on behalf of the Regional SAT Leader/s. Align with the global approach in preparation for business reviews, QBRs and action plans.
- Ensure key metrics and KPIs are driven and achieved regionally.
- Drive collaboration across the Regional SAT team and the MCAPS Regional Field teams to ensure strategic alignment, drive cross-organisation collaboration and activate efficiencies to drive the business forward.
- Ensure identification, sharing and adoption of best practices across regions on a systematic basis.
- Active member of the global business manager community, contributing to and influencing direction.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years' work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
