Are you a marketer with a love of games and storytelling? The Xbox Integrated Marketing Team is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to support our first party games. This person will help manage campaign execution by partnering with game developers, agencies and internal marketing and PR teams.
This role will report to the Sr Director, First Party Titles and will be responsible for the creation of fully integrated marketing campaigns that launch new games being produced by Microsoft Studios (Turn 10, Playground Games and The Coalition) and support sustain motions for any ongoing live-service content updates post launch. In addition to managing up to two direct reports, you will help author and execute world-class integrated marketing plans, draft creative briefs, manage complex asset production and partner with teams to hit all customer touch points.
The ideal person will have a proven track record of understanding unique audiences, delivering globally relevant compelling creative, developing integrated consumer marketing strategies and have a passion for the gaming/entertainment industry and pop-culture trends. You will be adept at working across a large and highly complex organization with multiple stakeholders and will have partnered with outside agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities
Campaign development and production: - Build and execute global campaigns and help develop integrated marketing plans that drive key business metrics for multiple game titles.
- Manage agency partners and internal teams on campaign development, video and digital production for campaigns and key event-related assets.
- Develop key consumer-facing messaging and copy that can be used consistently across all integrated marketing channels on a global level.
- Lead the naming, logo and visual identity development, from partnering with studio teams on the brief through to trademark clearances and global distribution.
- Articulate a vision and write clear, succinct and actionable key campaign documents, including the integrated marketing plan, campaign creative briefs, etc.
- Seek out and recommend new way to bring our titles to life and challenge norms
Cross-team collaboration and project management: - Partner with teams at strategic and tactical levels to insure successful implementation in key global markets and across all digital and retail channels.
- Build and maintain positive working partnerships with product marketing, internal digital/channel marketing, studio, media, and regional teams, as well as external agencies to successfully launch campaigns across all media channels
- Budget oversight and management across multiple deliverables
- Maintaining compliance with legal, ESRB, Geo Political, Licensing, and other creative content approvals and clearances

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) people management experience.
- Experience developing campaigns for console games or a similar consumer entertainment field
- Experience with large-scale video, digital, print, and other production
Integrated Marketing M4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
