If so, we are looking for a Business Manager to work closely with Leaders to streamline processes and support strategic planning & execution in the Americas Global Partner Solutions group (GPS).
Working as part of the Executive Office, this is a unique opportunity to join the Business Management community focusing on operational excellence and culture through people governance and change programs. This role will play an integral role in enabling the success of the for the Americas Global Partner Solutions group.

Responsibilities
The following are the core responsibilities for the Sales Excellence Process and rhythm-of-the-business role in Americas GPS:
- Resource Planning: Own the Blueprint process that lays out the resource architecture map for the GPS organization to include design, execution, and reporting. Independently lead design discussions with the Americas GPS Leadership Team (LT) and Business Manager community and formulate recommendations on what are the ideal resource complements for serving the needs of the partner ecosystem. Work with the Global teams to drive alignment on the required resource design and work to simplify the process for downstream teams.
- Resource Hiring: Own the hiring process for the 600+ person organization, which includes working with finance to develop the hiring ramp. Design and execute the hiring strategy to ensure it allows for career advancement, aligns to the available budget, and reflects the diversity of the customers and partners we serve. Manage the end-to-end process related to hiring and working with the internal teams across Sales Enablement & Operations, Recruiting, HR, Finance, and the Americas Business Manager community to ensure we remain compliant and hire the best talent. Publish regular executive report outs on the state of hiring and projected future starts.
- Variable Budget Ownership: Responsible for overseeing the Travel & Entertainment, Training, and Morale budget for the entire Americas GPS organization. This includes developing an approach on how to allocate budget across various roles and working with Finance to ensure actual spend is aligned to +/-2% of available budget. Work with the Business Manager and Finance community to develop creative ways to fund requests that arise throughout the fiscal year. Interface with the Americas GPS leadership team on any questions or requests they have related to budgets.
- Employee Engagement: Jointly own the employee engagement strategy for the organization with other internal stakeholders. This includes developing the plan and ensuring execution by enlisting a v-team across the organization. This role will own the awards and recognition pillar of the employee engagement strategy. You will be responsible for leading the Quarterly and Annual awards program within Americas GPS. This also includes ensuring an internal and external communications plan is built to celebrate top performers and their accomplishments.
- Community Ownership: This role will be responsible for developing the plan and owning the Partner Development Manager community and Business Manager community. This includes ensuring that information critical to these roles is being shared in a timely manager and engagement is maximized. Owning the approach and agenda for regular community calls. Work with the Global role owners, HR, and other teams to ensure the right information is being surfaced to these communities.
- Transformation Initiatives Interlock: Work with the Americas GPS Area Transformation Lead (ATL) to stay abreast of projects that are being driven and help the ATL drive these projects to completion.
- Leadership Team Offsites & Engagement: Working with the Chief of Staff, HR, Executive Administrator, and other teams to develop the approach for leadership offsites to ensure key business topics are being discussed and the Leadership Team continues to function as a cohesive unit.
- Special projects: Take on special time-bound projects for the Corporate VP and other members of the Americas Leadership Team that span across the organization. This will require quickly assessing the situation, ramping up on the topic, identifying the key v-team required, developing the recommended proposal, and driving alignment with the LT on the recommended next steps. Be able to confidently lead a v-team across multiple levels in the organization when you are not the SME on the topic.
- Leader Communications: Independently develop communications and presentations on the initiatives you own for the manager and LT audience. These communications need to be concise, compelling, clear, and highlight any actions required from the reader.
- Exec Team Business Manager: Support the Executive Team as the Business Manager for the Chief of Staff. This includes leading all internal rhythms for the team.

Required/minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 5+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, program management, process management, process improvement, OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience using data & using Excel to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 6+ years of communicating to leaders at all levels (written comms & presentations)
- 8+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
- 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, process mapping, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
- Experience in authoring business review decks.
- Experience and knowledge of the Cloud partner ecosystem including understanding of various partnering models
Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
