What will be your mission?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing technologies and improve customer acquisition, engagement and loyalty strategies.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of new solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Martech and backend technologies.

What are we looking for?

Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focusing on backend development.
• Proficiency in Go programming language and its ecosystemProficiency with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies including how the best tech companies leverage marketing technologies to generate traffic and acquire.
• Advanced level of English.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Typescript programing language and experience writing Node applications;
• Experience with message brokers and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
