Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience with database querying and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams in a fast-paced, self-starting environment.
  • Experience or passion for creators and the creator economy.
  • Ability to communicate and influence, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

About the job

As a Product Activation Manager, you serve as a product expert for operations teams globally and collect and analyze data to influence product roadmaps and the prioritization of product features.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and plans to support YouTube Partner Program launches, including impact analysis, adoption goals, communication levers, and messaging, and represent creator and partner feedback as the representative of the user to influence product roadmaps.
  • Be a product expert with the ability to execute quantitative analyses into insights, prepare presentations and written communications for senior executives and global teams.
  • Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving quarterly and annual planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a project owner, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, structure, track, and communicate work-streams with cross-functional teams and executives.
