We are looking for a Senior Product Director to be part of this amazing and fast – growing Fintech. This candidate will provide leadership to the Product Management team, driving the Company's Product strategy timely and quality execution adding value to the overall Company's goals. Influence own team and multifunctional stakeholders to define internal and external requirements (e.g. features and functions or third-party vendors) based on an in-depth understanding of Clip´s business cycle. The successful candidate will be an outstanding product leader with significant product management experience. He/She will have a proven track record of launching commercially successful products on time and within budget. H/S will be able to demonstrate an ability to influence broadly across an organization and be able to form a strong and productive relationship with the technology team.

This high visibility role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, offers a unique opportunity to lead key product initiatives that will shape the direction of our company.

The Role:

1. Lead the Payment experience product portfolio strategies, with clear definition of goals, investment requirements
2. Build the best payment experience (both : destination and embedded payments), lead the vertical integration (thus enabling the full-stack offerings), drive : efficiencies (leading to experience), NPS, Retention initiatives
3. Foster teams, drive innovation, scale experimentation and deliver the impact
4. Drive product development with team of world-class engineers, designers, data scientists & analysts
5. Build, manage and develop a team of talented product managers and leaders
6. Integrate data, usability studies, market research into product lifecycle to deliver the value our customers deserve
7. Drive business results through partnerships and collaboration - internally and externally
8. Question continually the process to optimize for maximum efficiency across the product development lifecycle
9. Operate with ruthless focus and prioritization, and never shying away from wearing multiple hats, if/when needed
   

Ideal Candidate:

1. 12+ years of experience in product management. Proven record of innovation and growth
2. Obsessed with data, metrics and experimentations across the user’s journey
3. High business acumen and expertise in critical thinking
4. Ability to thrive in a high demanding entrepreneurial environment
5. Bachelors/masters in computer science and/or management, or related field / related experience
6. A great communicator who speak their mind, brings diverse thinking and loves getting challenged
7. 15+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, design and research teams;
8. 10+ years of experience in FinTech/PayTech/PayFac/RegTech (experience of Mexico’s payment landscape would be an advantage)
9. Experience of managing payment experience through hardware terminal and devices would be preferred
10. Prior experience (if any) of hands-on software development would be preferred.
11. 8+ years of experience in hiring, managing and developing product leader.
