Your Purpose
The purpose for this role is to detect, evaluate, improve, implement and measure processes in Customer Support and KYC areas, ensuring cross functional needs evaluation to achieve continuous improvements and efficiencies for customers and support agents.
Reports To
The Process Improvement and Implementation Manager.
Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in process improvement.
- Currently living in Argentina or México.
What You Will Do
- Process Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Area: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by recommending and implementing innovative and efficient solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Change Management: Effectively manage change by anticipating potential challenges, communicating changes, and addressing concerns proactively.
