The Business Services team is focused on bringing our world-class hardware, software and Services ecosystem to our business customers across SMBs and Enterprise. We are looking for a highly analytical business analyst to play a critical role in our global strategic planning. This role will be responsible for our business forecast across several product verticals, work closely with senior leadership in finance, product, design and engineering. As a Business Analyst, this person will leverage their passion for data and proven business acumen to collaborate openly and help transform the way people work, teach, and learn globally.

Description

- Own and manage the business customer journey to increase awareness, acquisition, retention and growth for our Business-focused products and Services - Lead growth strategies for an integrated hardware, software and Services experience - Prepare monthly forecasts and analyze key financial and business performance - Perform profitability analyses and develop competitive insights on new and existing B2B services - Develop strategies for incremental growth within the Business space - Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners - Build and maintain revenue models and model assumptions - Collaborate with corporate FP&A on regular reporting - Leverage subscription performance analytics to inform future decisions and provide recommendations for growth - Partner closely with Data Science and Analytics for continued customer journey tracking

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years relevant finance or analytical experience in a high-growth environment
BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience creating financial models and forecasts

Ability to manage situations with high accountability without full control
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with flawless attention to detail

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
