In this role you will: Establish and lead global initiatives, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the WW Field Engineering organization. Identify areas that would benefit from a more programmatic approach, create actionable plans, and drive adoption across global teams. Support large-scale program efforts by leading and collaborating with engineering, sales, and extended teams to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with Worldwide technical and sales leaders to deliver on the strategic objectives of the U.S. Enterprise sales organization. Work closely with product groups, marketing teams, and engineering leadership to influence roadmaps and gain advocacy for programmatic efforts. Represent the WW Field Engineering Leader in meetings and discussions, advocating for the organization’s interests and initiatives. Support the Worldwide Field Engineering leader in initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency across global teams. Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide insights into the impact of Field Engineering activities, enabling performance improvement. Implement standard processes for tools and services to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness globally. Deliver special projects initiated by senior leadership, demonstrating tenacity and the ability to navigate unstructured challenges without established playbooks. Support the successful delivery of initiatives that may involve working on non-disclosed products, maintaining close collaboration with diverse collaborators. Lead or partner with teams to create programmatic approaches for global initiatives. Collaboration with AppleCare, Services, SWE Product & Program Requirements. Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, helping resolve conflicts and driving advocacy for the team’s initiatives. Provide insights, innovation, and recommendations to improve team performance, leadership strategies, and customer engagement approaches.
