If so, we are looking for a Software Engineering Project Manager to join our team. We build apps and systems in the digital support domain for Apple’s customers. Description

In this role you will partner with software engineers and managers to define, schedule, and track the team's work and also do the same for many multi-functional initiatives. You will be the central hub bringing together teams across different organizations. You will oversee issue and priority management efforts among EPMs to drive data-driven decisions impacting product integrity. You will be responsible for communicating and delivering briefings and updates to senior engineering management and executives to enable rapid decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, engineering, or technical related field or international degree equivalent.
5+ years of Engineering Project Management experience
Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodology.

Sharp interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across varied audiences in a climate of debate.
Sound executive presence with the ability to communicate at the senior leadership levels.
Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
Experience delivering software projects
Strong technical intuition and understanding of basic software engineering concepts with ability to grasp complex software application design and process problems, while distilling them to their barest essences.
Technical and analytical problem solver, and stitches between their work and the broader strategy.
Self motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Experience at prioritizing features, and building technical roadmaps.
Ability to understand project financials, budgets, ROI etc.
Skilled in navigating an environment of ambiguity and uncertainty, making sound decisions on behalf of their teams, and sets direction for the team with incomplete information or data.
Calm under fire, high resilience and interest in complex problem-solving within a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
