The Role: As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead internal and external engineering teams through the product execution phase process and drive deep-dive investigations into complex issues. The Senior TPM will spearhead cross-functional hardware teams through rigorous investigations, identify root causes, and ensure development teams implement effective solutions. You will be responsible for uncovering patterns and correlations by analyzing data, test results, and technical information. This role will involve reporting critical issues to senior leadership, gaining executive approval, and maintaining visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams in rigorous investigations to uncover the root causes of complex hardware issues. Manage project teams globally.
Analyze data, test results, and technical information to identify underlying patterns and correlations, diving deep into previous issues and emerging with actionable insights.
Collaborate with engineering teams to replicate and debug issues, leveraging advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Lead leadership reviews and present status to the executive team, following effective escalation processes to ensure resolution of critical issues.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives, showcasing a willingness to continuously improve processes.
Develop and implement scalable processes and tools to streamline issue management and reporting, leading initiatives to build efficient tools and systems.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
